Purpose: To honor Terry Fox’s legacy and support cancer research
Transportation and Supervision: Students will be walking to and from the lake under the supervision of school staff.
Permission Request: To participate in this event, we need your consent for your child to leave school grounds if they are under the age of 18. Please complete the permission form on Rycor and submit the form by September 22nd.
Additional Information:

What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, sturdy walking shoes, a water bottle, and a hat or sunscreen if the weather is sunny or layers if the weather is windy.

Emergency Contact: Please ensure that your emergency contact details are up to date on the form.

Special Considerations: If your child has any medical conditions or special needs that we should be aware of for this type of event, please inform us in advance.

This event is a wonderful chance for our students to participate and bring attention to a charitable cause and experience a meaningful day outside of the classroom. We appreciate your support and cooperation in making this event a success.
